Turn training into a game of chance
The workout wheel is a random exercise generator with consequences. Load it with movements and reps, spin, and do whatever it says. The randomness does two useful things: it kills decision fatigue (the #1 reason home workouts fizzle), and it makes training feel like a game — especially with the "1 min Rest" slice lurking as the jackpot.
Wheel workout formats
Spin & go: spin every 2 minutes for 20 minutes — a randomized circuit. Group class: project the wheel and let a different person spin each round; accumulate mode tallies which exercise fate loves most. Punishment wheel: lost at cards? Loser spins. Progressive overload: use weights like 2,10 Burpees to bias the wheel toward what you're training.
Make it match your program
Swap entries for kettlebell movements, yoga poses, stretches, or run intervals. Save different wheels for different days — your browser remembers each page's wheel, and shared links let a whole class train off the same wheel.
