A fair name picker for raffles, giveaways and groups
The random name picker takes a list of names and selects one completely at random — visibly, dramatically, and fairly. Unlike drawing names from a hat, everyone can watch the wheel spin and see that no hand was on the scale. That transparency is why spinning wheels have become the standard way to draw winners for giveaways, raffles, office prize draws and classroom picks.
How to pick a random name
Paste or type your names — one per line — into the entries panel. Long list? Paste straight from a spreadsheet column, and each row becomes a segment. Then spin. The winner takes over the screen; from there you can remove the winner and spin again to draw 2nd and 3rd place, or keep everyone in for repeated picks. The results panel logs every draw with a running count, so you have a record of the whole session.
Made for repeat drawings
Running a multi-prize raffle? Remove each winner as they're drawn so nobody wins twice. Picking a student to answer? Keep names in and let the wheel keep everyone on their toes. Your list auto-saves in your browser, so tomorrow's drawing starts where today's left off.
